Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Routeon's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Routeon provides an AI Gateway service that offers:

• Unified API interface compatible with OpenAI format
• Multi-provider support for AI model routing
• Intelligent load balancing and failover
• Token-level metering and billing
• Enterprise security and access control

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information as needed
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Any service levels, credits, or response commitments must be stated in an applicable order form or separate agreement. The default terms do not create a universal uptime or response-time guarantee.

5. Billing and Payment

Our billing terms are as follows:

• Billing Cycle: 30-day billing cycles, billed in advance.
• Payment Terms: Net 30 for enterprise accounts.
• Usage Billing: Metered usage billed monthly based on token consumption.
• Late Payment: Accounts overdue by 15 days may be suspended.
• Refunds: Credits are non-refundable but do not expire.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for:

• Any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Generating harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Attempting to circumvent security measures
• Excessive API calls that degrade service quality
• Reselling or redistributing the service without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routeon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 30 days written notice for convenience
• Immediately upon material breach by the other party
• Immediately for violation of acceptable use policy

Upon termination, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any prepaid services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
